Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule meetings, and handle calendar management for executives or team members.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Task Management: Assist in managing projects and tasks by organizing to-do lists, following up on deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Research: Conduct online research on various topics, compiling and summarizing findings for team use.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and social media platforms.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

Work Hours:

  • Flexible part-time or full-time hours, depending on the company’s needs.
