Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule meetings, and handle calendar management for executives or team members.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Task Management: Assist in managing projects and tasks by organizing to-do lists, following up on deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
- Research: Conduct online research on various topics, compiling and summarizing findings for team use.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to messages, and engaging with followers.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and social media platforms.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
Work Hours:
